Orri was part of the external team supporting the DBS Transformation & was instrumental in both design delivery and rollout.
As Managing Director HR, Group Head of Talent & Learning at DBS Bank, Laurence designed & led the Digital Mindset initiative & award wining #DBSHackathon series, helping DBS become recognised as the World’s Best Digital Bank.
